We have worked with a lovely new potter, Shorthills Ceramics, to create these absolutely stunning jars for our Special Spring Collection.
Finding other small businesses and makers that align with our morals is important, and Shorthills Ceramics takes their inspiration from nature as we do! These pots feature gorgeous prints of favourite spring flowers, and each jar is one of a kind.
*As with all of our ceramic and glass candles, they are eligible for infinite refills at our studio!
Jacqueline started taking the occasional pottery class a decade ago, but her love for the craft grew and she started consistently making at the end of 2022.
She has always been interested in the arts; painting, drawing and nature. So working with clay seemed like a great blend of both nature and art where something from the ground can become something usable in our everyday life.
Her wares and overall moral is heavily inspired by nature, looking to the forests, the beaches, and the stones for inspiration for current works! She gets a great satisfaction creating work that people appreciate, and are able to use in their day to day life!
Each piece is made slightly differently and made slowly with loving intention for the future user!
These candles are 16oz (45+ hour burn time). They are available in two scents;
Flora (double cotton wicks): Spring blossoms, clementine, jasmine, brown sugar and patchouli
Summer Nights (wooden wick): Fir Needle, eucalyptus, sweet sugar, sandalwood and musk
